The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs all distinguished professors, as well as professors with at least three (3) years of effective service<\/strong> in this capacity and who are currently in active duty,
that applications are now open for membership in the National University Committee<\/strong> responsible for the evaluation of the pedagogical and scientific works<\/strong> of professors applying for promotion to the rank of Full Professor<\/strong>.<\/p>

Applications for membership in the National University Committee must be submitted exclusively through the integrated automated system (PROGRES)<\/span><\/strong>,
by using the candidate\u2019s professional electronic account<\/strong> and selecting the \u201cCall for Applications\u201d role via the following link:<\/p>
