This program is intended for top-ranking students (maximum of three students per specialty) enrolled during the 2025–2026 academic year in L3 or M2 / 5th year Engineering (Ing 5), aiming respectively to pursue a Master’s or a Doctoral (PhD) degree.

Please note that the deadline for online registration on the Stipendium platform is January 15, 2026. The scanned application files, including the documents listed below for candidates who have completed their online registration (the certificate of registration on Stipendium Hungaricum is mandatory), as well as the attached Excel file to be filled out by the institution, must be submitted before January 26, 2026.
Each applicant must compile all the documents listed below into a single PDF file, following the order indicated:

A copy of the selection committee report
A handwritten application letter by the candidate explaining motivation for this training, endorsed by the hierarchical supervisor
A copy of the Baccalaureate transcript
For PhD applications: Proofs of registration/re-registration for the 5 academic years of the study program
