Admission to the university is granted to holders of a baccalaureate degree according to conditions specified in a ministerial circular issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the same year in which the baccalaureate degree was obtained, in addition to a minimum admission rate according to the available pedagogical seats – the university’s capacity –
Registration Fees
University registration fees are symbolic amounts that students pay when completing their final enrollment at the university. This is only a symbolic contribution (200 DZD) and not actual tuition fees, since higher education in Algeria is free and funded by the state.
