1990: Opening of the National Institute of Higher Education for Electronics
2000: The National Institute of Higher Education for Electronics was upgraded to a university center by Executive Decree No. 197-2000 of 25 July 2000 on the establishment of the University Center of Djelfa.
2009: Promotion of the university centre to a university by Executive Decree No. 09-09 of 04 January 2009 establishing the University of Djelfa.
Admission to the university for holders of the baccalaureate degree is based on conditions specified in a ministerial circular issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the same year of obtaining the baccalaureate degree, in addition to a minimum admission rate according to the available teaching positions and the university’s capacity.
The University of Djelfa has many formations domains in the fields of technology, humanities and social sciences, arts and languages. …..
