National Research Projects (PNR)
1. Mapping - Intelligent Connected System for Monitoring Beehives
Project Manager: Dr. Nouri Nabil
The project utilizes IoT sensors and geographic mapping to monitor beehives in Algeria in real time. It aims to improve hive management, combat bee decline, and optimize honey production through precise data on temperature, humidity, and external risks. The system enables rapid intervention and provides beehive mapping for geospatial management.
2. Autonomous Pumping and Irrigation System Powered by Solar Energy
Project Leader: Professor Laaroussi Kouider
The objective is to combat desertification and water erosion through studying, quantifying, and implementing control techniques.
3. Design and Construction of an Intelligent Egg Incubator
Project Leader: Professor Mohamed Boudiaf
Development of an automated, intelligent incubator that optimizes temperature, humidity, and hatching efficiency using smart sensors.
4. Intelligent Solar Thermal-Photovoltaic Drying System for Agri-Food Products
Project Manager: Professor Kouzou Abdallah
This project studies and documents the technological development of solar hybrid systems combining thermal and photovoltaic energy for efficient food drying.
5. Waste Heat Recovery from Gas Turbine Exhaust for Self-Generation of Electrical Energy
Project Leader: Professor Hafaifa Ahmed
The goal is to design a cogeneration system for SONATRACH gas compression stations that recovers turbine exhaust heat to produce electricity efficiently and sustainably.
6. Diagnostic Assistance and Management of Stroke Patients Using AI and Flow Cytometry
Project Leader: Professor Brahimi Tarek
This project supports clinicians in stroke diagnosis and treatment using AI algorithms and patient data to enhance medical decisions and rehabilitation simulation.
