We inform you that we have received a communication from the DCEU regarding a scholarship offer in Azerbaijan for enrollment in Master’s and PhD programs for the 2026–2027 academic year (Sending No. 530-DCEU/SDMEP dated 12-03-2026, attached).
In this regard, we would be grateful if you could take the necessary steps to send us a single application file per university (covering all fields, programs, and specializations), accompanied by a digital version of the file as indicated in the attached document, along with the following documents:
- Copy of the certificate of top student issued by the academic supervisor;
- Copies of transcripts.
Please note that only universities are authorized to submit application files. Therefore, any file sent directly by students will not be accepted.
Note: The deadline for receiving applications is set for April 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM
