Admission to the university is granted to holders of a baccalaureate degree according to conditions specified in a ministerial circular issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the same year in which the baccalaureate degree was obtained, in addition to a minimum admission rate according to the available pedagogical seats – the university’s capacity –
